Discuss the help you need before booking
Explain whether you can board a minibus and transfer to a seat, who will accompany you and what assistance you need. The aim is a safe, workable arrangement for both journeys.
This website does not confirm a wheelchair-accessible shuttle, lift, ramp or travel while seated in a wheelchair. If you need such equipment, book only after explicit confirmation of a suitable arrangement or choose an appropriate alternative.
Describe mobility aids and luggage fully
Give the type, dimensions and weight of your mobility aid and whether it folds. Include every passenger and bag. A folded walking aid needs a different amount of space from a large mobility device.
Agree who will help with loading and boarding and whether the same arrangement will work on your return. Electric mobility aids also require separate discussion of the airline’s carriage requirements.
Book airport assistance through your airline
The airport explains how to request assistance through the operating airline, preferably when booking your flight. Check its current notice periods, contact points and support for your particular journey.
Agree the handover from the shuttle to airport assistance. The confirmed shuttle meeting point is not necessarily an assistance contact point. A disability card alone does not confirm transfer equipment or free services at FLY24 PRG.
Plan return arrangements and contacts
Save the phone number and booking so your companion can access them too. Staff on site speak Czech and English. Prepare the key details in writing if this would help.
After landing, collect luggage and mobility aids and agree with assistance when you can reach the meeting point. Report changes early. This does not promise medical care or an immediate special pickup.
