This is not a valet service where someone takes your car to another location. The driver shows you your space, you park and you take the key on your trip. Keeping your key is included; it is not a paid extra.
Price before booking
Keeping your key costs nothing extra. Your parking price depends on the arrival date and started calendar days. The shuttle both ways is included.
Calculate parking for my datesDrive to the address in your confirmation at the booked time. At Drnovská, stop by the pergola office and meeting point. At Horoměřice, follow your confirmation instructions. The driver shows you the assigned space.
Pay cash on arrival in CZK or EUR. No online prepayment is required; card payment is currently unavailable. Check the total in Parkovato before submitting your booking and again in the confirmation. After parking, take the key with you and keep it safe during your trip.
Your parked vehicle remains at the car park while the shuttle takes you to the meeting area near the airport terminals. The drive usually takes around five minutes, depending on traffic; this is not the total check-in time.
After landing, collect your checked luggage and call the number in your confirmation when you are ready to walk to the meeting point. With hand luggage only, call once you have left the aircraft and are ready. The driver confirms the current pickup point near the terminals and takes you back to your car.

By agreement, services may include oil and filter changes, tyres, diagnostics, preparation for the Czech technical inspection and washing.
Confirm the scope, price, availability and key handover before travel. Repairs, technical help and jump-starting are not automatically included in the standard parking price.
Both sites are uncovered outdoor car parks. They are fenced, lit and monitored by CCTV; recordings are retained for up to 30 days. Your vehicle remains outdoors and exposed to the weather.
Arrive at the time in your confirmed booking. Choose that time to allow for parking, the shuttle and your airline’s check-in and security requirements. There is no additional fixed early-arrival requirement at the car park. Confirm oversized luggage, a child seat or infant carrier, an unusually large vehicle or a trailer before booking. A standard reservation alone does not confirm these requirements. The portal accepts up to eight people per reservation; call us about larger groups.

A parking booking does not order vehicle work. Safe storage is arranged on your request at arrival; agree vehicle servicing separately with us.
