Do I keep my car key?+
Park yourself and keep your keys. If you prefer not to take them on your trip, ask us on arrival to store them securely in the car park safe. Storage does not authorise us to move your car; vehicle work requires a separate agreement.
When should I call after landing?+
Call after baggage claim. With hand luggage only, call once you have left the aircraft and can walk to the pickup point. The driver will confirm where to meet.
What if my return flight is delayed?+
Our shuttle operates around the clock. Call when you are ready for pickup. If you park for longer, you pay the difference according to the price list.
Can children travel in the shuttle?+
Yes. Call before booking with the number and ages of the children. A child seat or infant carrier is available only after explicit confirmation. Pushchairs travel with you.
