1. Operator and service
The operator is Matyáš Mašín, Czech business ID 01379178, VAT ID CZ9211070033, Holýšovská 2923/4, 155 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic.
The service consists of outdoor parking near Václav Havel Airport Prague and shuttle transport to the agreed airport pickup point and back to the car.
2. Booking
Advance booking is required. Customers must provide truthful arrival, return, passenger, contact and vehicle details.
The confirmation states the available location, total price, shuttle capacity and practical instructions. Arrive at the confirmed time.
3. Price and payment
The valid public price list and confirmed dates determine the price. All prices include VAT.
No online prepayment is required. Pay cash on arrival in CZK or EUR. Card payment is currently unavailable.
4. Changes and cancellation
Use the management link in the confirmation email to change or cancel. Report changes to flights, arrival, vehicle or passenger count as early as possible.
There is no cancellation fee when cancelled before the planned arrival. A later return is charged under the valid price list.
5. Car park, security and liability
The outdoor sites are fenced, illuminated and monitored by CCTV, but not covered. Vehicles remain exposed to normal weather.
You park the vehicle yourself and keep the key unless an additional service was explicitly agreed. The vehicle is not taken into custody or moved without agreement.
Report damage or an unusual event immediately, preferably before leaving. Do not leave valuables in the car. Any liability is assessed according to the cause and applicable law.
6. Shuttle and return pickup
The return shuttle is included. After landing, call when you have collected your luggage and can walk to the pickup point.
Traffic, weather, airport operations or demand may cause waiting. Pickup is coordinated according to the current shuttle situation.
7. Receipt or invoice
A receipt is provided on payment. Supply company and VAT details before issue, preferably in the booking notes.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
