Include every passenger and confirm child seats
Include all passengers in your booking, including babies and young children, so the shuttle capacity can be planned. Ask about an infant carrier or child seat before booking and obtain explicit confirmation.
Do not assume a particular seat size will be available on arrival. If you want to bring your own seat, agree its use and transport in advance. Speak directly to the operator using the contact details on this site.
Plan the pushchair and luggage separately
Normal travel luggage and pushchairs are transported. Let us know about unusual quantities or bulky items in advance. Passengers and luggage must fit the confirmed shuttle, and any extra costs should be agreed before booking.
Check your airline’s separate rules for pushchairs, infant carriers and cabin luggage. Acceptance on our shuttle does not guarantee acceptance on your flight. Keep documents and essentials accessible rather than at the bottom of a suitcase.
Your booked time is your arrival at the car park
Allow for the breaks your family needs on the drive. Choose a car park arrival time that leaves enough time for the transfer and airline requirements. Arrive at that confirmed time; no additional fixed early-arrival period at the car park is required.
Use the address in your reservation. FLY24 PRG has two outdoor car parks, Drnovská and Horoměřice. Park yourself and keep the key unless you have agreed an extra vehicle service. Keep the key safe while you travel.
After landing, get ready for pickup first
Collect your luggage and pushchair first. Call the number in your confirmation when your group can walk to the meeting point. If you have no checked luggage, call when you have left the aircraft and are ready.
Ask the driver to confirm the current meeting point. Do not rely on guaranteed immediate departure or a fixed stop. Arrange the return shuttle with the driver.
