Describe everything that will travel
Give the type, number, packed dimensions and, where relevant, weight of large items. Include every passenger and normal suitcase. Simply writing “sports equipment” does not provide enough information to plan capacity reliably.
Ask about transport and the total price before booking. A note in a form is not acceptance. Unusual items depend on the actual equipment and confirmed transport arrangements, not on a general example on this page.
Keep shuttle and airline baggage charges separate
Our public tariff includes a supplement for oversized luggage. Check the current amount on the prices page and confirm how it applies to your particular booking.
The parking calculator alone does not include oversized luggage. Any airline baggage fee is separate. Compare the confirmed total, rather than just the standard parking figure displayed by the calculator.
Your airline decides what goes on the aircraft
The airport advises arranging special baggage early with the airline or tour operator. Check packaging and booking requirements with them; conditions may differ between flights.
Save baggage acceptance with your travel documents. Plan baggage drop for your actual flight. Our shuttle does not register or check in luggage with the airline on your behalf.
Collect every item before return pickup
Before leaving baggage reclaim, check that all special items have arrived. For missing or damaged flight baggage, contact the responsible handling company first.
Call for pickup once the whole group can walk to the meeting point with its luggage. If the amount of luggage changes for the return trip, tell the operator early and obtain a new transport confirmation.
