Prepare the car and drive before departure
Check weather and traffic for your actual route shortly before leaving. Allow for breaks and possible delays, particularly when driving at night or early in the morning. An estimated drive time at booking may no longer apply in different weather.
Have tyres, battery and fluids checked professionally if needed. Consult official sources for current winter equipment requirements for your route and vehicle. This guide does not replace a technical vehicle inspection or promise that your equipment is sufficient in every condition.
Outdoor parking means the car stays outside
Drnovská and Horoměřice are outdoor, uncovered car parks. Your vehicle is exposed to the weather during your trip. Choose this knowingly; if a roof is essential, compare a suitable parking garage offer before booking.
Bring an ice scraper and keep anything needed for your drive home accessible in the car. Technical assistance and jump-starting are not automatically included. Contact the operator if problems arise so possible help can be discussed individually.

Skis and snowboards are not ordinary suitcases
Before booking, tell us the type, number and dimensions of winter sports items. Oversized luggage currently costs EUR 12 or CZK 300; confirm transport availability and the total applicable to your booking before submitting it.
Shuttle transport approval is not airline baggage approval. Check your flight’s conditions separately. If travelling with children, explicitly confirm any child seat or infant carrier beforehand and include everyone in the passenger count.
Enter night-time arrival and return dates correctly
Arrive at the confirmed car park at your booked time. Allow for check-in and security when choosing that appointment. The 24/7 service applies to confirmed bookings and does not replace an agreed arrival time.
Check both dates when travelling across midnight. On returning, call only when you have your luggage and can walk to the meeting point. A later return may add started calendar days. Inform us early if your trip changes.
