Work backwards from your airline’s requirements
Start with the departure time and the airline’s advice on when to reach the terminal. Allow for baggage drop, check-in and security. There is no single car park timing rule that suits every flight and family.
Before that, allow for parking and the transfer. The shuttle drive usually takes around five minutes depending on traffic and operating conditions. This is the driving time, not the entire process from arrival at the car park to check-in.
Book car park arrival, not flight departure
Choose the time you will arrive at the car park. Check the offered shuttle time and use the confirmed address. The 24/7 service is for confirmed reservations, not for unbooked arrivals at any time.
Arrive at the confirmed time. If your drive is delayed, contact the operator using the number in your confirmation. Changing the arrival time without agreement can disrupt the planned shuttle capacity.
Check the date when travelling at night
For an early morning flight, you may leave home the day before. The price depends on the date you actually arrive at the car park. Arriving at 23:30 and arriving at 00:30 are different calendar days.
On the return, use the expected time of going back to your car after landing, baggage claim and the return transfer. Check both dates before submitting the reservation.
Prepare everything the evening before
Save the confirmation with the address and phone number, check navigation and prepare cash in CZK or EUR. Card payment is currently unavailable. No online prepayment is required.
If your flight changes, check your parking booking too. Use the management link in your confirmation or contact us directly. A flight change does not automatically update your parking reservation.
