Before leaving: agree a new car park arrival time
Check the new departure time and your airline’s instructions first. A later departure does not necessarily mean check-in or baggage drop closes later. Only then decide when you need to arrive at the car park.
Use the management link in your confirmation or contact the operator. Give the booking number, original time and requested new time. Follow the latest confirmed appointment; sending a request is not confirmation that it has been accepted.
Already travelling: report a delay early
If your car park arrival changes, let the operator know as soon as the delay becomes clear. Keep the confirmed address available. Do not switch to the other FLY24 PRG location yourself in an attempt to save time.
Allow for parking and the transfer on arrival. The usual shuttle driving time is not the whole time needed to reach the terminal. Agreeing a change by phone does not replace your airline’s check-in requirements.
Later return flight: update the return to your car
Report the new return date and expected time at your car. Allow for baggage collection and pickup after landing. If this takes you past midnight, check the date as well as the time.
Additional started calendar days may change the parking total. Ask for the updated amount to be confirmed. After landing, call only once you have your luggage and can walk to the agreed meeting point.
Trip cancelled: cancel parking separately
When a flight is cancelled, the parking reservation remains until you change or cancel it too. Use the confirmation link or contact the operator. Keep the reply for your records.
Our terms provide for no cancellation fee when cancelled before the planned car park arrival. If parking has already started or the situation is unclear, agree the charge directly. Airline travel and parking are separate services.
