Landing time is not the return to your car
Your aircraft arrival, baggage claim, pickup and return to the car are different moments. Book the expected return to your car, allowing for the steps after landing. Do not enter the scheduled landing alone if that gives an unrealistic return time.
Check the date as well as the hour. If you land before midnight but expect to return to the car after midnight, the car return is on the next calendar day. This is especially important when comparing price estimates.
Count calendar days, not nights or 24-hour blocks
FLY24 PRG counts started calendar days including arrival and return. Monday to Sunday is seven days; Monday to the next Monday is eight. Your arrival date determines the tariff even when the trip crosses price periods.
The calculator shows the standard public parking price. Discounts, oversized luggage and availability are checked in the booking portal. For more than 31 days or dates beyond the published price period, request a confirmed individual price.
Call only when you are ready for pickup
The shuttle operates 24/7 for confirmed reservations, including late returns. Collect checked luggage first, then call when you can walk to the meeting point. With hand luggage only, call after leaving the aircraft when ready.
The driver confirms the current meeting point near Terminal 1 and 2. Traffic, airport operations and shuttle capacity can cause waiting; a reservation is not a guarantee of instant departure from a permanent stop.
Tell us when plans change
Use the management link in the confirmation or contact the operator promptly if your return changes. An airline notification does not automatically change your parking reservation. Keep the booking number handy.
If you park longer, pay the difference for the actual started days under the published price list. There is no exceptional penalty simply because you return the next day. Keep sufficient CZK or EUR cash available and ask us to confirm any price adjustment.
