## Core service

- The usual drive from either car park to the airport takes about five minutes, depending on traffic.
- A short operational wait may occur despite the planned shuttle time. Five minutes describes driving time only, not the complete arrival, parking and transfer process.
- These are independent off-airport car parks, not official airport garages. Official terminal parking is an alternative for short stops or travellers who prefer walking directly to the terminal.

## Booking, payment and pickup

1. Enter the arrival date, return date, arrival time and number of passengers in the booking portal.
2. Review the total price, available shuttle time and confirmed car park address before submitting.
3. Drive to the confirmed address, pay on arrival and park in the assigned space.
4. Keep the vehicle key, or request safe storage at arrival, and travel with the included shuttle to the confirmed airport pickup point.
5. After the return flight and baggage collection, call +420 776 488 558 for pickup and transport back to the vehicle.

- Binding bookings are made online; phone support is available for questions before submitting.
- “Arrival” means arrival at the car park. “Return” means the expected time for transport back to the car after landing and baggage collection, not only the flight times.
- The confirmation email states date, total price, confirmed location, phone, directions and a booking-management link. A reminder is sent before arrival.
- The management link can be used to change dates, vehicle, registration plate or contact details, or to cancel, subject to the current booking terms.
- If a requested timeslot is full, the portal offers the nearest available time because both parking-space and shuttle-seat capacity are reserved.
- Include every traveller, including children, in the passenger count. Describe special requests in booking notes and obtain advance confirmation. If the confirmation is missing, contact the operator before driving to either site.
- Update a changed vehicle or registration plate using the management link. If this is not possible in advance, inform staff at arrival; confirm unusual vehicle dimensions before travelling.

## Families, luggage and optional services

- Normal suitcases and pushchairs are carried in the standard shuttle service.
- Child seats and infant carriers can be requested and must be explicitly confirmed before travel.
- A customer’s own child seat may be stored during the parking stay and prepared for the return transfer when agreed in advance.
- Oversized luggage such as bicycles, surfboards or skis must be declared during booking and carries the published surcharge.
- By prior agreement, optional vehicle work may include oil and filter changes, tyre service, diagnostics, preparation for the Czech technical inspection and vehicle washing.
- Scope, price and availability of vehicle work are confirmed in advance. The vehicle key is handed over only for the confirmed additional service.
- Technical assistance, repairs and jump-starting are not automatically included in the standard parking price.

## Receipts, invoices and changed return dates

- A receipt is provided on payment. An invoice can be prepared on request.
- For an invoice, provide company name, business ID, VAT ID, billing address and invoice email in the booking notes where possible.
- A later invoice request should also include the booking number and travel date.
- If the customer returns later than planned, only the difference for the actual number of started parking days is charged under the public price list. Returning on the following day does not by itself create an extraordinary penalty.
- Regular business travel, several vehicles and recurring monthly bookings can be coordinated directly by phone or email.

Prices include VAT and the standard return shuttle. The arrival date selects the price period. The total depends on the number of started calendar days.
